We require at least 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24-hour notice will be billed 100% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify us in 24-hour advance will be billed 100% of the service and require prepayment when rebooking. If paying with a gift certificate, the gift certificate will be redeemed as payment. We understand emergencies and illness can arise; therefore, last-minute cancellations will generally not result in any missed session chargers, however, is determined by The Treatment Room Spa.
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order to maintain other scheduled appointments. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and may not receive an extension to their session. For your first appointment please set aside time to fill out paperwork (liability waiver and intake form). If you are receiving In Home Mobile services, please be present at the location given to allow therapist to set up for appointment. If someone is not present at given location for service time, the therapist will give a 10-minute grace period before cancelling the appointment.
If it appears that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, The Treatment Room Spa has the right to refuse service. If the session has started, we will terminate the session and you will be charged for the full service. If you take prescription medications, please consult with your physician prior to the appointment.
